Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Due to the nature of our organization, we do not process refunds. Courtesy reminder that we are a non-profit organization. Sales directly fund the organization’s initiative. Exchanges are however, absolutely accepted and processed per request.

Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange:

• Your item must not be damaged and/or worn.
• You must ship the exchange item within 7 days of the purchase date.

Please contact us directly via email at contact@ethikult.com and enter “Exchange” or “Return” within the subject line. Include your full name, order number and your reason for an exchange or return. We will respond with the ETK mailing address and a request for a description of the item or size you’d like to exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If the exchange is approved, We will process your exchange and mail the requested exchange size or item.

Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
